INFORMATION RELATIVE TO THE TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA (decree legislative June 30th 2003. 196)

According to the legislative decree June 30th 2003 n. 196, Hotel Garden Srl informs you in his quality of interested, that your personal data ( the “Dati”) will be treated as follows:

• FINALITY OF TREATMENT:

The gathering and the treatment of the Data are carried out by the Company for the purpose of:

a. guarantee and technical assistance pre- and post selling;
b. Marketing and publicity;
c. sending of computer and promotional material;
d. statistic analysis for marketing finality;
e. relief of the degree of satisfaction
f. inviting and informative and promotional events.

• FORM OF TREATMENT – PERSONS IN CHARGE:

The treatment and technical assistance pre-and post selling will have place with modality either automated or not automated and in the respect of the secrecy and security rules foreseen by the law. The data can be treated for account of a Company, as employee, professional or Agency, persons in charge who carry out specific elaborative services or complementary activities to that of the Agency, or necessary to the execution of the works and the services of the Agency.

• CONFERMENT OF THE DATA:

The conferment of the data is absolutely facultative. The eventual refuse to confer the data or to answer at phone interviews do not imply any consequence, except the impossibility to benefit the services offered by the Agency.

• COMMUNICATION OF THE DATA:

In consideration of the existence of telecommunications, computer or by correspondence connections, the data can be given available abroad, also to Nations not belonging to the United Europe and can be communicated to:

1. Agency employees not specific persons in charge;
2. Agency or other subjects which are doing activities in outsourcing for account of the Agency.

• RIGHTS OF THE PERSON IN CHARGE:

The legislative decree of June 30th 2003 n, 196 recognize the following rights:

1. to accede to the registers of the Guarantor;
2. to obtain information about the Data that you concern;
3. to obtain the cancellation or the stoppage or the updating, the correction or the integration, as well as the certification that those operations have been given for knowledge for those to which the data have been communicated;  
4. to oppose to it, for legitimate reasons, at the treatment of the data;

• OWNER AND RESPONSIBLE OF THE TREATMENT:

Responsible of the treatment of the data is the Commercial Office, nearby the Branch of the Owner.
